Site content is provided for general information about the Metergrade platform. Figures shown in illustrations, sample certificates and animations are representative examples, not commitments about results for any particular environment. Product capabilities and availability may change.

Intellectual property

The Site, the Metergrade name, the Metergrade mark and all related content are the property of Metergrade or its licensors. Azure, Microsoft Azure and related product names are trademarks of their respective owners; references on this Site are factual platform references only and do not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metergrade will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

Assessment requests

Submitting an assessment request creates no obligation on either party. Any engagement is governed by a separately executed agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
